General conditions

1) FOREWORD. CONCEPT OF TOURIST PACKAGE

Pursuant to art. 2 no. 1 Legislative Decree n. 111 of 17/03/95 implementing EEC Directive 90/314: i
tour packages cover travel, holidays and all-inclusive tours,
resulting from the predetermined combination of at least two of the elements indicated below,
sold or offered for sale at a flat rate and lasting more than 24 hours, or
extending for a period of time comprising at least one night: a) transportation; b)
accommodation; c) tourist services not ancillary to transport or accommodation (omitted …………) which
they constitute a significant part of the “tourist package”. The purchase of a package
tourism, whether it concerns services to be provided in national or foreign territory, will be
governed by Law 27/12/1977 No. 1084 of ratification and execution of the Convention
International Travel Contract (CCV) signed in Brussels on 23/04/1970 in
as applicable as well as the Consumer Code.

2) BOOKINGS
ACTIVITIES STRICTLY NECESSARY FOR OPERATION

reservation will be considered void and subject to the relative penalties. For reservations
in Residence and / or Apartments see the special conditions described in point 16.

4) VALIDITY
FROM JANUARY 1 TO DECEMBER 31, 2020.

5) PRICES

The price of the tourist package is determined in the contract with reference to what is indicated
in the on-line catalog or out-of-catalog program.

6) CLASSIFICATION OF ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES

All the classifications of accommodation facilities published in the online catalog are compliant
to current regulations. In the absence of official classification attributed by the competent
Public Authorities, the same classification is established by Cerrano Service on the basis of its own
criteria for assessing quality standards.

7) CHANGES

Information, descriptions, offers, seasonality and rates shown on the online catalog are from
be considered accurate, except for errors, omissions, and updates. Cerrano Services reserves itself
to be able to communicate any changes at any time. Where force causes

9) WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION

If the withdrawal occurs outside the cases referred to in point 8 of this contract, the

10) COMPLAINTS

immediate contact with Cerrano Service. The traveler may also lodge a complaint
written by registered letter to be sent to the organizer, no later than 10 days. working

11) LIABILITY

of the customer and Cerrano Service will not be held responsible for any theft, loss or damage.

12) ASSISTANCE OBLIGATION

The organizer is required to provide the traveler assistance measures imposed by the criterion
of professional diligence, exclusively with reference to the obligations of one’s own.

13) CIVIL LIABILITY INSURANCE

To cover risks deriving from people from participating in travel programs or
stay as well as to guarantee the exact fulfillment of the obligations undertaken towards customers,
Cerrano Service has stipulated with the RC Allianz Policy n. 720292786-09

14) GUARANTEE FOUND

Pursuant to art. 21 D.L. n. 111 of 17/03/95 the establishment of a Guarantee fund is envisaged
at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers which can be used by all travelers in
insolvency or bankruptcy of the seller or organizer.

16) SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATIONS IN

RESIDENCE AND / OR
APARTMENTS
A) DURATION Generally the stay cannot be less than one week (8
days / 7 nights).
B) PRICES The prices indicated are per apartment and for the period of one week.
They include VAT, service percentages, rental of premises with related services, furniture
and essential accessories for a short holiday stay. Prices do not include the
cost of any additional beds. As for water consumption, energy
electricity, gas, bed linen, kitchen linen and towels, final cleaning and security deposit
damage, see specific conditions for individual structures.
C) DELIVERIES Except where otherwise indicated, the apartments will be delivered
from 15.30 to 19.30 on the day of arrival and must be returned by
10.00 on the day of departure in excellent cleaning conditions with particular reference to
kitchen and bathrooms. If, due to force majeure, the arrival is delayed, it is
necessary to notify the direction of the structure. Under no circumstances is accommodation permitted
is occupied by a number of beds greater than that for which the apartment is
charge.

local health facilities, for a maximum of two people per patient.

not older than 19 years of age, staying in the territory for participation in tournaments,
events, reviews and sporting events sponsored by the Municipality of Pineto and their instructors e

f) Groups of the third age staying in the territory with trips organized by the Municipal Authorities;
g) Coach drivers and tour guides who assist organized tourist groups in
